Introduction

Courtroom Animation, a leader in forensic animation services for nearly a decade, specializes in creating visuals for attorneys. They had executed some foundational marketing supplemented by traditional sales efforts, and were looking to accelerate their growth with a marketing agency.

Courtroom Animation had been in business for almost a decade. The company historically drove new business through sales and referrals, but these efforts had begun to plateau. Courtroom Animation needed to find new ways to sustain and promote further growth. Its leadership had started performing a number of marketing tactics, such as writing blog content and posting on social media. But, they suffered from time constraints, and there was no strategy to expand and tie their efforts together.

The leadership team determined they needed a partner they could trust to take over their marketing efforts. But finding one proved difficult: They needed a partner who was reliable, who would immerse themselves in their business, and who could provide both strategic guidance and executional excellence.

Solution

These pain points made Courtroom Animation a great match for our Fractional Marketing Department approach. Execo provided Courtroom Animation with their own fractional CMO to set the strategy, along with a team of dedicated specialists to execute that strategy.

We began our partnership with The Framework by Execo identifying and refining the ideal customers Courtroom Animation wanted to target, formalizing them into buyer personas, and mapping the buyer’s journey for each persona. We also conducted sessions to understand the leadership team’s key business objectives.

From these efforts, we created a holistic, omni-channel strategy that distilled these objectives and customer insights into actionable marketing tactics. The plan covered everything from SEO, social media, and digital marketing campaigns to offline events and trade shows.

We also assisted with implementing and optimizing the full HubSpot suite, to enable lead capturing, email nurturing, and reporting on our results. Finally, we audited Courtroom Animation’s website, providing up-front and ongoing Conversion Rate Optimization to maximize the number of visitors we capture as leads.

Once this work was complete, we executed the strategy and refined it as necessary.
