With a small team focused on sales growth, they needed a HubSpot expert to come in and implement their platform from start to finish.
Analyzed the entire business to create custom lead management processes for the four major types of buyer personas: Investors, Companies Seeking Investment, Influencers, and Partnership Companies. Created custom templates for email marketing, landing pages, and the blog. Integrated a number of disparate systems, including outbound prospecting tools and Slack. Developed marketing automation to nurture leads and deals, leveraging third-party integrations for task and project management.
