With a small marketing team, the client needed help managing HubSpot day to day. Their HubSpot system was particularly complex, with over 100 workflows, 300 lists, and dozens of custom properties supporting their unique needs. Managing this on a day-to-day basis proved challenging, as the marketing team was focused on delivering leads and MQLs for the sales team.
Took over HubSpot backend management, running all marketing operations for the company. Managed ongoing sales and marketing needs by building additional workflows, updating existing ones, and building and maintaining unique lists. Created new dashboards for reporting on performance of campaigns, webinars, nurture streams, and more. Developed a process for providing ongoing conversion rate optimization around marketing assets, to ensure that they aren't just created and forgotten about.
